If the true value of a home is supported by unbiased, objective data….
Then, how is that even possible?
We get this question all the time.
Actually, the process for determining the true value of a home will result in a narrow PRICE RANGE. Arguably, some appraisers assert that as long as the purchase price falls within the center of that range, the value of the home is what someone is willing to pay for it. Of course that doesn’t always happen because there many factors that go into the process.
