Initial Phone Consultation

Prior to your first appointment, we recommend scheduling about 10 to 15 minutes on the phone. During this call, we will discuss what you are looking for in a new home, areas you’re interested in and any other questions or concerns you may have.

If you are obtaining financing, we will also discuss your options and some of our client’s favorite lenders that we’ve worked with so can start the loan approval process so you will be prepared and feel confident even prior to meeting with us in in person.

First Meeting – Buyer Consultation

We understand that purchasing a home is a major life event and a very personal process for each buyer.  Our buyer consultations are designed to be as comprehensive and educational as possible – we want to make sure there are no surprises for you.

We will answer all of your questions and determine if we are the right fit for representing you in buying your next home.

This initial meeting time can range from 30 minutes to up to 1 hour.

During the meeting, the following topics will be discussed:

  1. Current market conditions and what your dollar will buy
  2. The home buying process
  3. What is most important to you in your next home
  4. Neighborhoods/areas of interest
  5. Strategies for successful negotiation

The expectations of both parties will also be discussed, as well as our fiduciary responsibilities to you as our client.

And did you know that our services to you as a buyer are FREE?  In Arizona, the Realtor’s commission is paid by the seller.   So there really is NO reason you should not be represented in buying a new home.

We’ll also discuss how our clients formalize their relationship with an agreement designating us as their Realtor.
