Tracy DuCharme first got into the real estate industry 17 years ago because she wanted a job that would give her the flexibility she was looking for as a mom. While her career has definitely allowed her to spend time with her children and do things like volunteer to be a room mom for her son and his fourth grade classroom, being a real estate agent has also been immensely rewarding.
“The connections that I make with my clients when I help them find homes that will grow along with their families-you just can’t beat that,” Tracy says.
Tracy recently became part of the Local Listing Pro team. She works as a real estate agent, helping her clients to buy and sell homes along with assisting investors in purchasing properties. Tracy, who is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CRMS), says she especially enjoys the ongoing relationships that she develops with many of her clients.
“Most of my friends started out as my clients,” she says. “I’ve never felt like ‘oh, let’s just get your house’ but I really work with people and build relationships with them.”
As she helps new clients throughout Chandler and the rest of the Southeast Valley to find the home of their dreams, DuCharme hopes that past clients who need to upsize, downsize or move out of the area will work with her again. “That’s definitely the plan,” she says, laughing.
Tracy, who is a native of South Africa, lived in California for some time before moving to the Valley in 1992. When she is not busy working with her clients and transforming them into lifelong friends, Tracy enjoys spending time with her young son and teenage daughter. “My husband is a pilot so we also really like traveling. I really love being a mom and doing all of the ‘kid stuff’-thanks to my work and my family, I have a great quality of life.”
