With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Jennifer Gordon has handled the nuances, critical details and fine print of literally thousands of home sales and purchases. As the Local Listing Pros Director of Operations & Transaction Manager, Jennifer oversees our team of administrative professionals. In addition, she is our clients’ navigator through the real estate process, making sure that your transaction is efficient and easy to understand. Once our clients have a home under contract, Jennifer facilitates all the paperwork between the buyer, seller, title company, mortgage lender and other vendors to keep each sale organized and on time.
During her here, Jennifer has implemented processes & protocols which have improved efficiency in the “contract-to-close” process of our real estate transactions and has frequently been recognized by other our clients, other agents and our vendors for outstanding work & customer service.
Jennifer began her career with Realty Executives in 1995, first as an administrative assistant and then as an Administrative Office Manager. In 2005, she took the position of Administrative Office Manager for Realty Executives Phoenix’s largest branch office. In 2013, Jennifer decided helping other Realtors® was great, but being one of herself would be even better.
In 2014, she was named Realty Executives Rookie of the Year!
Says Jennifer: “Some people think reading every line of every contract doesn’t sound sexy, but I disagree. Every single transaction we do depends on a full understanding of the little things, a million tiny details. My job is to make sure that we get those details right, so your transaction gets done on time – or even quicker than you expected. I love it when people tell me, ‘I can’t believe how easy all this ended up being. I never would’ve expected that.’”
An Arizona resident for four decades, Jennifer loves her three sons, her home state and Arizona Diamondbacks baseball.
